No. ISPOpera works with your existing setup through RADIUS. It applies package speeds as MikroTik rate limits and suspends or reactivates customers automatically, so you keep the hardware you already have.

Yes. Import your whole customer list from an Excel sheet in one go, including each customer’s current RADIUS username and password, so nobody has to reconnect or change anything on their device.

Customers pay into your own bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account and upload the payment slip from their app. You approve it in one tap: the invoice is marked paid, the customer is activated and their internet is restored on the router straight away. Cash collected by your staff is recorded in a few seconds.

At midnight Pakistan time, customers whose subscription has ended are marked expired and taken off RADIUS automatically. Customers whose payment slip is still under review are not cut off. The moment a payment is approved, the connection comes back.

Yes. Every support member gets their own login and only the permissions you grant, for example viewing customers and invoices but not editing packages or seeing financial reports.

Yes. Add resellers who create and manage their own customers under your ISP, while you keep control of packages, the platform and reporting.

ISPOpera is a monthly membership priced per customer: your invoice is your number of customers multiplied by the per-customer fee. The fee, and any free trial period, are confirmed with you on the onboarding call.

No. Sending a request through ISPOpera is free for you. You only pay your internet provider for the package and installation you agree with them.

One that actually covers your address. ISPOpera works with internet service providers that our team has onboarded personally, and your request is handed to a provider serving your area. If that provider cannot connect you, the request comes back to us and we look for another one.

No. You only leave your name, phone number and address. There is nothing to sign up for until a provider connects you.

Your own customer app. You can see your package, expiry date and data usage, view and download invoices, pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa and upload the slip, raise a complaint and follow its status, chat with your provider and receive reminders before your package expires.
