Growth for ISPs

Get new internet customers for your ISP, sent to your dashboard

ISPOpera does more than manage the customers you already have. People looking for an internet connection come to us, and we hand each verified request to an ISP that covers their area.

The person looking for internet and the ISP looking for customers meet in the middle.

How it works

From a request on our website to a customer on your network

  1. 1

    Someone asks for internet

A person in your area leaves their name, phone number and address on ispopera.com.

  2. 2

    ISPOpera verifies the request

Our team calls them to confirm the details, then picks an ISP on the platform that covers that address.

  3. 3

    You get a notification

The request appears in your New Connections list with everything you need to call them.

  4. 4

    You connect and add them

Agree a package, install the connection and press Add as customer. The form is already filled in.

What you can count on

Connection requests that are worth your call

A phone number scraped from a list is not a lead. These are people who asked for a connection, were called back, and live where you can serve them.

Checked by phone first

Every request is confirmed by the ISPOpera team before it reaches you, so you are calling a real person at a real address.

In your coverage area

Requests are handed to an ISP that serves the address. If it turns out you cannot reach it, you send the request back.

Straight to your phone

You are notified the moment a request is assigned to you, and it sits in your New Connections list while you follow up.

One click to onboard

Add as customer opens the new-customer form with name, phone, email and address already entered. Choose a package and you are done.

A fee you agreed to

The monthly ISPOpera fee for that customer is agreed with you in advance and shown on the request before you accept it.

No charge if you cannot connect

Press Can’t connect, give the reason and the request goes back to ISPOpera. A fee applies only once the person is your customer.

What it costs

You pay for customers, not for phone numbers

Each request shows the monthly ISPOpera fee for that customer. Once you add them, that fee is added to your ISPOpera invoice each month, as its own line, next to your normal per-customer membership.

  • The fee is agreed between you and the ISPOpera team beforehand
  • Nothing is charged for a request you send back
  • If that customer later leaves you, the fee stops from the next invoice
  • The customer pays you your own package price, exactly like any other customer

Shown separately under My Subscription, so the numbers are always clear.

A new customer is only useful if you can bill and support them

That is why connection requests go to ISPs that run on ISPOpera. The person you add is invoiced automatically, controlled on your router through RADIUS and supported from the same dashboard as everyone else.

FAQ

New customers for ISPs: common questions

How does ISPOpera send new customers to my ISP?

People who want an internet connection leave a request on ispopera.com. Our team calls them to verify the request, then hands it to an ISP on the platform that covers their area. You get a notification and the person appears in your New Connections list with their name, phone number and address.

What do I pay for a customer ISPOpera sends me?

A monthly fee per customer that you and the ISPOpera team agree in advance. It is shown on the request before you accept it, and it is added to your ISPOpera invoice only after you add that person as your customer.

What if I cannot provide the connection?

Press “Can’t connect”, write the reason and send the request back. The person returns to ISPOpera, we find another provider, and you are not charged anything.

Do I have to be an ISPOpera member to receive connection requests?

Yes. Requests are handed to ISPs that run on ISPOpera, because the new customer is added, billed and supported inside the same system.
